No wonder he thinks there is a shortage of Librarians, after watching that I feel like I need to mainline some espresso.
Isn't it weird how some things stay the same? Students still can't record the details of the sources of their information, librarians are still learning new technologies and our profession is still misunderstood!
Seriously... Am I that geeky that I can still be inspired by this? I think I would love to have been a Librarian at the time when libraries first started implementing the internet into their network.
But yes, the ideals behind it will always remain the same, no matter how much our world and technology changes.
